Second Season is a China-based brand. All orders are shipped from Yunnan, China.

Every order includes tracking, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

    Order Processing

    Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

    If you checked out using Apple Pay, your email address may not have been captured.

    Tracking Your Order

    All orders include tracking.

    If you cannot find your tracking information, please contact us at info@2nd-season.com with your order number.

    Customs & Duties (International Orders)

    All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

    This means:

    • No additional customs fees
    • No import duties
    • No extra charges upon delivery

    The price you pay at checkout is the final price.

    Shipping Delays

    International shipping may occasionally be affected by:

    • Customs processing
    • Local postal delays
    • Peak season demand

    If your tracking is still updating, your package is on the way.

    • Your order is marked delivered but not received
    • Your package has not arrived within 25 days of order date

    Lost Packages

    If your package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer a free reshipment.

    Delivered But Not Received

    If tracking shows delivered:

    • Please check with neighbors or your delivery location
    • Then contact us if still missing

    We will assist you in investigating with the courier.

    Changes to Your Order

    If your order has not shipped, we may assist with:

    • Address changes
    • Product changes
    • Order cancellations

    Once an order has shipped:

    • It cannot be modified
    • Address changes must be handled with the courier
